Awaken your teamwork qualities of leadership, trust, cooperation, communication, planning, and productivity! Come experience The Grove's Reality Oriented Performance Experiential System (R.O.P.E.S.) in Central Florida and practice teamwork in a safe, experiential, learning environment.

The Grove's R.O.P.E.S. course is a maze of ropes, cables, logs, and platforms that offers physical and mental challenges. This course provides an unique team building activity for all of Central Florida.

Teammates will develop trust and improve communication skills as they "play hard, safe, fair, and have fun." Athletic ability is not a prerequisite and our policy of "Challenge by Choice" ensures group acceptance of your preferred level of participation. After completing the R.O.P.E.S. course, a deeper trust is developed amongst coworkers with insights on communications styles.

A certified R.O.P.E.S. Coordinator facilitates all R.O.P.E.S. sessions. Sessions are scheduled either as half days or full days. In addition to being available to clients and to staff, Teamwork Adventure Training has facilitated the growth of several locally based organizations, such as Disney, Humana, AAA Headquarters, Churches, and Youth sport teams.
