The Grove Opportunities to Achieve Lasting Success (G.O.A.L.S.) Program serves as a quality residential program to address juvenile delinquency. G.O.A.L.S. is a Moderate Risk Juvenile Residential Commitment Program located in Sanford, Florida. It
operates under contract with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to provide custody, care, and treatment services to adolescent male offenders between the ages of 14 and 18. The average length of stay is from six months to one year, depending
on the adolescent's performance with his individualized treatment plan. The youth receive a variety of substance abuse and mental health services in addition to attending an on-campus school.

The G.O.A.L.S. Program has been working on strengthening its behavior management program and safety/security issues. Upon completion of G.O.A.L.S., adolescent's attitudes towards juvenile crime are changed, as they become functional members of society.
The Department of Juvenile Justice described G.O.A.L.S. as "a great example of a continuous improvement model."
