The Seminole County Drug Court program is not funded as a program, so, therefore, it must charge a modest fee for the services provided. The services may be paid by any of the following:
  • Insurance (we are in network for many providers).
  • Medicaid and Medicaid HMOs.
  • Sliding scale for those that qualify (must provide proof of income to ascertain at what level you would fall on the sliding scale).
  • Fee for service (this would be for those who do not have qualifying insurance or who do not qualify for the sliding scale. It is calculated at less than 50% of what the normal charges would be.)
