Description:
We are seeking a minimum Bachelors-level Quality Assurance Manager for a non-profit behavioral health and addictions counseling center in Longwood, Florida. Duties to include: Ensuring that the company follow all rules and regulations surrounding various federal and state contracts including The Department of Children and Families, the Department of Corrections, United Way, and various grant funders. Reporting and Performance Outcomes Measures for the various programs and services. As coordinator of treatment services, first point of contact for persons interested in services and programs- this will involve time on phone speaking with parents and facilitating the intake process. Data input to the Department of Children and Families. Internal audits of client files. Lead and direct quarterly staff meetings, such as the Saefty & Risk Management meeting and Quality Assurance meeting. Involvement as case worker in Pathways to Home. Knowledge of CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). Completion of various annual company renewals including health licensing. Please send resume and letter of interest.
