Larry Birch
President
 
Before coming to The Grove in 2001, Larry Birch was the President/CEO at First Step of Sarasota for 10 years. He has dedicated his career to substance abuse treatment and administration as well as having had private consulting and treatment practices. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Florida, University of Tampa and Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Birch has taken on leadership roles on numerous Local, State and National Associations, Boards, Societies, Committees and Task Forces. He is also a graduate of Leadership Seminole, Class of 2003. Mr. Birch received his Masters degree in Psychology from California State University and is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida.
 
 
Jennifer L. Small
Executive Director/ CEO

As The Grove’s Executive Director/ CEO, Ms. Small started in 2011 as Director of Human Resources.  She is a Board Member for the Central Florida Better Business Bureau and the Seminole County Healthy Start Coalition, and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Seminole County Child Abuse Prevention Task Force. She also serves on the Board of Directors and several committees for the Florida Alcohol & Drug Abuse Association. Additionally, she serves on the Executive Committee of the Seminole Prevention Coalition, as member of the Lake Mary Rotary Club, and as Ambassador for the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Seminole Class of 2006. She received both her Bachelor of Arts Degree and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University and is an esteemed member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honor Society for academic achievement in the study of business.
 

 
Linda Kellermann
Finance Director

Linda was born in New York City and has over 42 years experience in finance. She is a supporter of animal and children’s rights.
 

 
Chelsea Dygan
Development and Outreach Coordinator
 
Chelsea started at The Grove in February of 2011 as Development and Outreach Coordinator. She enjoys connecting the community with The Grove's services and providing special programming at The Academy, The Grove's adolescent residential treatment facility. She is co-chair of the Communications Committee for the Seminole County Child Abuse Prevention Task Force. She is also a member of the Florida Public Relations Association, the Winter Park Breakfast Rotary Club, and the Healthy Start Public Relations Committee. She graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts from Rollins College in 2010 and enjoys the arts and spending time with family and friends.
